Wajih is a very nice man who went the "extra mile" for us. Our PC crashed after a Windows 11 update. Wajih researched the issue, recovered all our personal data and then recovered Windows. Awesome job Wajih.

I had an outstanding experience with Wajih when he came to fix my computer From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong in terms I could understand, which I deeply appreciated. Best of all, he managed to diagnose and fix the entire issue in under 10 minutes! On top of the super-speedy service, the price was very fair and reasonable! I contacted Wajih and he was here and my computer was fixed within the hour ( not to mention on a Saturday ! ) Thankyou so much !

If your computer is starting to slow down, or you can hear funny sounds, then this is a common sign that something is going wrong. Our team can help diagnose and restore your computer to good health.
With access to a specialised clean room, we can recover data from most hard disks and devices.
We can come to you in Alfredton, Ballarat, Ballarat Central, Ballarat East, Ballarat North, Black Hill, Bonshaw, Brown Hill, Buninyong, Canadian, Cardigan, Cardigan Village, Clunes, Creswick, Delacombe, Enfield, Eureka, Golden Point, Haddon, Invermay, Invermay Park, Lake Gardens, Lake Wendouree, Lucas, Miners Rest, Mitchell Park, Mount Clear, Mount Helen, Mount Pleasant, Napoleons, Nerrina, Newington, Redan, Ross Creek, Sebastopol, Smythes Creek, Smythesdale, Soldiers Hill & Wendouree.
If your suburb doesn’t appear above, we may still be able to service you (within a 2-hour drive) even as far as Geelong or Bendigo. Contact us to find out!
We charge in 30-minute blocks. This means you only pay for the time needed to resolve your issue, rather than a full hour upfront. Charging in 30-minute blocks is fairer for customers. Many issues don’t take a full hour, so this pricing ensures you’re not overcharged for simple fixes. The minimum charge is one 30-minute block, even if the issue is resolved faster.
Yes, a diagnostic fee may apply as time and expertise are required to inspect and identify the issue with your device. After the diagnosis, you will be provided with a recommended solution and a quote. In some cases, the solution may involve repairs or work by other service providers (for example, electricians or your internet infrastructure provider such as NBN Co Limited). If you choose not to proceed with the recommended solution, only the diagnostic fee will apply. There is no obligation to proceed further.
While we are not a retail business, we can source computer parts, accessories, and other IT equipment for our clients from Australian-owned suppliers. This includes items such as storage devices (SSDs, hard drives), networking equipment (routers, switches), memory (RAM), and other related hardware. These can be arranged on request or when required as part of a computer repair or upgrade. Contact us for a quote—we may be able to offer a better price than standard retail.
Yes. We offer remote support and it is billed in 30-minute blocks, making it a cost-effective option for many issues — especially if you are located outside or far from our service area.
You can pay us via PayID, bank deposit, card, or cash. Please note that card payments incur a processing fee, which varies depending on the card type.
If you’re having an issue with an app, or your phone isn’t sync’ing to your computer, we can help. If you require a screen replacement or your phone is physically damaged you may need to contact some other local business.
Wherever possible, all repairs are done in your home. In some cases however your computer may need to visit our computer hospital. Our technicians will generally recommend this if it will result in a lower cost for you. If you have concerns around your computer leaving your home, please speak to the technician as we can generally accommodate for special requirements (such as government and sensitive data).
Yes we can. We must inspect any claimed damage before we can prepare an insurance report. Our fee is payable prior to you receiving the insurance report.
